i booked a beautiful marina city view room. it gave access to the world's highest infinity pool. the location was very convenient, near shops and restaurants.
the check-in process felt slow and disorganized. it took longer as i expected to get to my room. also, the elevators was often crowded, that caused delays when i wanted to go to different floors.

The location was pretty good. It met my basic needs (nothing extraordinary).
The check-in process was SLOW. I waited nearly an hour just to get my room key. the promised welcome drink never materialized, so I was pretty thirsty. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.
